How can you be involved in providing practice education experiences for students?
To find out more about how to offer fieldwork placements for occupational therapy students, contact the clinical education staff of the universities.

The university clinical education liaison staff can provide you with the following:
- An annual schedule of placements detailing the timing and duration of placements throughout the calendar year.
- Clinical educator workshops to support the development and management of OT student placements as well as workshops to enhance the OT's knowledge and skills in the provision of clinical education.
- Resources and support materials mentioned throughout this website.
- Advice on how to make the most of student placements, including supervision models, information and references, worksheets and resources that can be adapted to suit your individual placement needs.
- Support for managing clinical education issues that may arise with students from time to time.
